Kids Portal · for parents
AI storybook generator for parents
You describe an idea. StoriesForge writes and illustrates a picture book for children ages 3 to 6. You review it, then read it together.
How a picture book is made
You are the author and the editor. The Kids Portal turns your idea into a short illustrated book.
- Start with an idea: animal sounds, counting, naming things, or a little adventure.
- Choose the book language (English or Spanish), the age range (3 to 4 or 5 to 6) and an illustration style: soft watercolor, cut-paper shapes or colored pencil.
- Choose 6 to 12 pages. A book has 8 pages unless you change it.
- Preview the illustrated pages, then save the book privately to your shelf.
You review it before your child sees it
Kids stories are created and managed by adults. Read the complete story and look at every illustration before you decide to share it.
Use fictional characters. The Kids Portal asks you to leave out real children's names, locations, health information and private family details.
Made to be read together
Big pictures and a few words per page leave room for your voice, which suits a bedtime read at the end of the day. Your books stay on your private shelf, and reading them costs no credits.
Credits, shown before you start
Writing the book and each illustration use the same credit balance as novels and RPG adventures. You see the credit cost and agree to it before the work starts. Plans start at $10 a month, with credit packs for top-ups.
